Download & Upload Moego Data to Petboost 🚀

In this video, we're going to cover how to find your customers and pets data inside of Moego, download it in one click and then upload it straight to Petboost.

Magically to upload your customers and pets all in one go.

So you can start using petboost even faster than before.

Now we're inside of Moego.

Now what we need to do is click on the Customer Centre and the Clients and Pets tab.

once you're inside of here, click, Click on Options and click on Export Clients.

That's going to download a single CSV list that you can then upload directly to Petboost.

Now I'm going to switch over to petboost.

I'm logged in as our test account.

What you can actually do is on the Customers and Pets page, click on the little peer in the top right hand corner and click on Import Customers and Pets.

From here, you can select Magic CSV Import.

There's also a Google Sheets importer, but we can cover that in another video.

What we're going to do now is click on this and you can see that Moego's logo is here.

We've done a few of these now for a few of our popular competitors.

So for a lot of Australian businesses switching to petrus, they use this CSV importer.

What you can do is just upload the file that we just downloaded before straight into here.

What Petboost will do is check this for you.

So we're going to run this now.

Now that that's done.

After running it, what it's telling us is that 500 of the pet owners are okay and 24 are not.

642 of the pets are okay and 4 are not.

This just gives you a nice preview.

So what you can actually do is download these files as a bit of a preview and it will tell you if the phone number is missing or if there's something wrong with the name or if there's a duplicate.

And you can actually deal with this before fully committing to getting your data into Petboost.

That way you're not having to run this process over and over again and hopefully not delete or not miss any customers.

So this gives you a chance to truly cheque everything.

And once that's done, then you can actually run a simulation as another, final cheque, because it's a pretty big action, creating hundreds of these pet owners and pets from your old system.

So it's about getting it right and making sure it's accurate before you can get up and running.
